QUALITY — We guarantee the excellence of our product. If a manufacturing defect is substantiated, the problem will be corrected to your satisfaction or the flooring will be replaced at no cost to you.
ENDURANCE — Colorado Carpet & Rug honors all manufacturers' wear and appearance retention warranties. "Wear is defined as a 10% or greater loss of fiber due to abrasion.” Appearance retention (resistance to matting and crushing) warranties are offered on selected products only. If a carpet fails to perform according to these warranties, Colorado Carpet & Rug will credit the carpet's price on a prorated basis toward the purchase of a new carpet from our store (installation and padding excluded). These warranties apply to residential use only and exclude stairs, abused or neglected carpet.
STAIN RESISTANCE — Colorado Carpet & Rug honors all manufacturers' stain-resistance warranties on carpets sold in its stores, according to the terms of those warranties.
INSTALLATION — Colorado Carpet & Rug warrants labor on residential carpet (installed by our experts, over our pad or direct-glued to your floor) to the original purchaser for the lifetime of the flooring. We will remake seams that gap or ravel, re-stretch wrinkles, and repair loosened transition materials (metals, vinyl strips, etc.). Repairs caused by abuse, flooding, improper cleaning, or customer repair/removal are excluded.
PRICE — This flooring is warranted to have been purchased at the lowest possible price. If the purchaser finds the exact same flooring from the manufacturer's authorized franchised dealer for less money per square yard within 6 months from the date of purchase we will refund the difference. A written quote (or copy of advertisement) from said dealer must be provided as proof of price differential.
